Treatment always begins with a comprehensive assessment to establish needs and goals. Fifty minute virtual sessions offered on a weekly or every other week basis. $165 per session.

Issues addressed: anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, relationship issues, low confidence/self-esteem, lack of identity, substance use, mood issues, communication & more
couples
Treatment always begins with a comprehensive assessment to establish needs and goals. Fifty minute virtual sessions offered on a weekly, every other week, or monthly basis. Couples must be open to attending individual therapy if it is indicated, referrals for outside providers available. $165 per session.

Issues addressed: communication, boundaries, managing needs/expectations, parenting, infidelity, anxiety, mood issues, substance abuse, codependency & more
family
Treatment always begins with a comprehensive assessment to establish needs and goals. Fifty minute virtual sessions offered on a monthly or twice a month basis. Children must be twelve years of age or older. Families must be open to attending individual therapy if indicated, referrals for outside providers available. $165 per session.
