Meet Elizabeth Bravo
she/her/hers/ella
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Therapist
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to women in California. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and human. I take my work seriously — but I don’t believe sessions need to feel stiff, overly clinical, or scripted to be effective.

In the therapy room, I’m warm, direct, and grounded. I ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns, and reflect things back honestly — often with humor when it feels appropriate. Clients often tell me they appreciate that our work feels real and direct, not performative or overly polished.

I especially enjoy working with:
-
moms navigating identity shifts, burnout, or invisible emotional labor
-
young adults and recent college graduates who feel unsteady, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they’re becoming
-
people who feel deeply, think a lot, and want therapy that goes beyond surface-level coping skills and reassurance
I’ve spent over a decade working with individuals and families impacted by complex trauma, attachment wounds, and difficult family dynamics. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
I’m originally from the Bay Area and currently based in Orange County. I bring both my professional training and my lived experience into the room in ways that help clients feel understood, not analyzed.

If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold depth while staying human — someone who can sit with hard things and laugh when it helps — we might be a good fit.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom, coffee addict, food enthusiast, and someone who genuinely loves slowing down. I enjoy being outdoors and exploring new places, but I also value rest, quiet, and ease.
