I am passionate about helping people develop and deepen their identity and connection to self. I am particularly committed to serving individuals who are highly sensitive, experience deep emotions, and struggle to balance staying true to themselves, while also trying to fit in with others to gain a sense of belonging. These clients typically have experienced anxiety, depression, difficulties with relationships, substance abuse, family conflicts, low self-esteem, and trouble with confidence. I help clients reflect on needs, values and priorities, so that life feels authentic and fulfilling.

I have over a decade of experience serving individuals and families impacted by complex trauma. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at San Diego State University, and my Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California. I am a San Francisco Bay Area native, currently residing in Orange County. I take pride in my Chilean heritage, and have experience working with a wide variety of cultures.
